At Home Teeth Whitening Techniques

If you are looking for some good at home teeth whitening techniques, you’ve come to the right place.  I can understand if you’d want to whiten your teeth.  There are thousands of people who take good care of their teeth, but some people just naturally have whiter teeth.  You are able to make your teeth whiter using a variety of at home treatments though.

First of all, you do need to be brushing your teeth and flossing regularly.  Use a good whitening toothpaste and brush 3 or 4 times a day, especially right after you eat and before bed.  Most brands that make toothpaste also make special teeth whitening gels, strips, creams, and other products.  The prices vary and so do the results.  Just pick one thing to try and stick with it until you can tell if it is working or not.  Be warned that the gels may not taste too good, though.

There are a couple old house remedies that help some too.  You can try brushing your teeth with a mixture of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide.  It makes a bubbly paste that works fairly well, but it can be a bit hard on your gums.  Strawberry pulp has a bleaching effect, and is easier on your gums, so you can try that too if you can get your hands on some.

Another option for at home teeth whitening, is to try one of the numerous products available online for free.

There are lots of upcoming companies that don’t have many customers, so in order to build their reputation they start off by offering free trials and samples of their products.  They only do that for a limited time though while they are first starting out.

One of my current faves is Dazzle White Pro.  They have these cool new “gel pen” like tools where you just rub the gel on your teeth and then rinse it off when you are done brushing.  It works well and doesn’t have the bad flavor that some gels have.  They have their limited time offer going right now where you can get a free trial supply of their products.  I recommend getting the trial supply and then not getting more, since the trial supply is free and it should be enough to whiten your teeth.
